Battery Cell
The biggest advantage of prismatic cells is its thin profile, lightweight, and the effective use of space. Due to the rectangle shape of these cells, it can facilitate better layering and increase flexibility in the products. With big capacity, less cell assembled together makes monitoring on each battery cell instead of cell string become possible. Changing defective battery cell is feasible too when there is cell failure.

Precautions
Safety Precautions for 12.8V 50Ah Lithium Battery:
Charge and Discharge: Properly follow recommended charge and discharge rates to prevent overloading or over-discharging, which can affect battery life and safety.
Temperature: Operate the battery within the specified temperature range to ensure optimal performance and safety. Avoid extreme heat or cold conditions.
Battery Management System (BMS): Ensure the BMS is functioning correctly to monitor and control voltage, current, and temperature. This safeguards against overcharging, over-discharging, and overheating.
Storage: When storing the battery, keep it at a partial state of charge (around 50%) in a cool, dry place. Regularly check the storage voltage to prevent self-discharge.
Physical Damage: Protect the battery from physical impacts, punctures, and exposure to moisture to prevent potential damage.
Charging Equipment: Use a compatible charger recommended by the manufacturer. Avoid using chargers that may exceed the battery's specified voltage and current limits.
Ventilation: Provide adequate ventilation during charging and discharging to dissipate heat and maintain safe operating temperatures.
Series and Parallel Connections: If connecting multiple batteries, ensure proper wiring and matching capacities to maintain balance and prevent uneven charge or discharge.
Transportation: Follow transportation regulations for lithium batteries to ensure safe handling and shipping.
Manufacturer Guidelines: Adhere to the manufacturer's instructions, guidelines, and recommendations for usage, maintenance, and safety.
Remember, proper usage and care are essential for maximizing the battery's performance, lifespan, and safety. Always prioritize safety and refer to the manufacturer's documentation for detailed instructions.
