Battery Cell
The biggest advantage of prismatic cells is its thin profile, lightweight, and the effective use of space. Due to the rectangle shape of these cells, it can facilitate better layering and increase flexibility in the products. With big capacity, less cell assembled together makes monitoring on each battery cell instead of cell string become possible. Changing defective battery cell is feasible too when there is cell failure.

Precautions
When using this battery, it's important to pay attention to the following points:
Operating Temperature: Ensure that the battery operates within the specified temperature range. Avoid extreme temperatures as they can affect performance and longevity.
Charging Parameters: Follow the recommended charging cut-off voltage and charging current to prevent overcharging, which can damage the battery.
Discharging Parameters: Adhere to the specified discharging cut-off voltage to prevent over-discharging, which can reduce the battery's lifespan.
Cycle Life: Be aware of the cycle life specifications and try to operate the battery within recommended depth of discharge (DOD) limits to maximize its lifespan.
Waterproofing: If the battery is used in environments where exposure to water is possible, ensure proper sealing (if available) and maintenance of IP65 waterproofing to prevent damage.
Monitoring: If optional features like the LCD screen display or Bluetooth connectivity are utilized, regularly monitor the battery's voltage, power percentage, and other relevant parameters to ensure optimal performance.
Series and Parallel Configurations: If configuring the battery in series or parallel setups to obtain different voltage levels, ensure proper connections and balancing to distribute load evenly across cells.
Maintenance: Periodically inspect the battery terminals for tightness and cleanliness. Follow manufacturer guidelines for maintenance and service intervals.
Transportation and Storage: During transportation and storage, adhere to the specified temperature range and handle the battery with care to prevent physical damage.
Safety Precautions: Always handle the battery with caution, follow safety instructions provided by the manufacturer, and avoid short circuits or physical abuse that could lead to fire or injury.
By observing these precautions, you can optimize the performance, longevity, and safety of the Hertz 12200 lithium battery.
