Battery Cell Specification

The biggest advantage of prismatic cells is its thin profile, lightweight, and the effective use of space. Due to the rectangle shape of these cells, it can facilitate better layering and increase flexibility in the products. With big capacity, less cell assembled together makes monitoring on each battery cell instead of cell string become possible. Changing defective battery cell is feasible too when there is cell failure.

- Operate the battery within the specified temperature range for charging (-10°C to 45°C) and discharging (-10°C to 60°C).

- Avoid exposing the battery to extreme temperatures or direct sunlight.


2. Charging Guidelines:

- Use a charger that is compatible with LiFePO4 chemistry.

- Ensure that the charging current does not exceed the specified maximum of 100A.

- Charge the battery in a well-ventilated area.


3. Discharging Limits:

- Do not exceed the maximum discharge current of 100A, and avoid continuous operation at peak currents beyond 200A.

- Monitor the voltage during discharge to prevent over-discharging.


4. Physical Handling:

- Handle the battery with care to prevent physical damage.

- Avoid dropping or puncturing the battery, which can lead to safety hazards.


5. Installation and Connection:

- Install the battery in a secure and well-ventilated location.

- Ensure proper polarity during installation, following the manufacturer's instructions.

- Use high-quality cables and connectors to minimize resistance and heat generation.


6. Storage Guidelines:

- Store the battery in a cool, dry place when not in use.

- Charge the battery to approximately 50% before long-term storage.


7. Protection Circuitry:

- Check if the battery pack includes built-in protection circuitry for overcharging, over-discharging, and short circuits.

- Regularly inspect the battery for any signs of damage or wear.
