Battery Cell Specification

The biggest advantage of prismatic cells is its thin profile, lightweight, and the effective use of space. Due to the rectangle shape of these cells, it can facilitate better layering and increase flexibility in the products. With big capacity, less cell assembled together makes monitoring on each battery cell instead of cell string become possible. Changing defective battery cell is feasible too when there is cell failure.

    3. Prevent Overloading: Do not exceed the rated power and current output of the portable battery to avoid overloading, which may damage devices or the battery itself.

    4. Avoid Impact and Vibration: Try to prevent the battery from being exposed to severe vibration or impact to avoid damage to internal components.

    5. Regular Inspection: Regularly check the battery and connecting cables for damage or abnormalities to ensure their normal operation.

    6. Temperature Control: Avoid exposing the battery to extreme high or low-temperature environments during use and charging to prevent adverse effects on its performance and lifespan.

    7. Continuous Monitoring: During charging and use, always pay attention to whether the battery is abnormally heating up or exhibiting other unusual conditions. Stop using it immediately and check if any abnormalities occur.

    8. Proper Disposal of Used Batteries: When the battery reaches the end of its life or becomes damaged, dispose of it properly according to local regulations for waste battery disposal to avoid environmental pollution.
